Firstly, log into cPanel.
Under the category marked 'Security', click on the link that reads as IP Deny Manager.
On this page you will see 2 areas. These are:
IP Address
Remove an IP Deny
In the first box this is where you will enter the IP which you wish to deny access to your website. Once doing so, click on the button labeled as Add. Once you have done so you will be taken to a new page telling you that the IP has been denied access to your website.
The box labeled as Remove an IP Deny will show a list of all currently banned IP's. If you wish to remove a banned IP, click on the drop down box, select the IP to remove and then click on the button labeled as Remove.
This will take you to a new page telling you that the IP has been successfully removed.
